About the Owner

Khanh Tran, curator and master framer since 1996, combines the passion and drive to create a comfortable environment where art can thrive. He finds art to be a healing, mind-clearing vision, and takes pride in harmonious framing; he works with the artwork and owner to create finished pieces. He does what he loves to do: build relationships and collaboration on art projects and shows. A family man, Khanh comes from a great line of hard-working, grateful, creative problem-solvers. You will find Khanh Tran to be personable and skilled in the finest framing resources in the Twin Cities.

About the Artists

Art heals. It clears the mind. Working solely with local fine artists, The Dow Gallery and Picture Framing finds the artists to be business partners, pairing works with customers. Artists need to create art; they love it and need it to breathe. The Dow Gallery nurtures and supports artist’s vision of how to best display their creations.

About the Community

Located in the massive Dow Art Building, The Dow Art Gallery and Picture Framing works with private collectors, art lovers, community members, staff, and volunteers to come together in the largest private art gallery in St. Paul. The space is perfect for receptions, parties and events. Holding up to 100 people, the Gallery is an excellent source for corporate, private, and open-to-the-public events.
